The Industrial Acoustic Imager (hereinafter referred to as R1) is an advanced tool that is both intuitive in function and easy to operate. R1 employs microphone-array beamforming technology to accurately acquire sound-source distribution data. At the same time, a high-definition camera captures video footage in real time, enabling acoustic-image fusion between the sound-source distribution data and the video imagery. This process dynamically displays the changing locations of sound sources on the screen.
The R1 acoustic imager excels in noisy industrial environments, enabling rapid detection of leaks in air, gases, and vacuum systems. Its built-in photo and video capture capabilities allow users to store inspection results as images or videos, facilitating playback and the generation of detailed inspection reports. This comprehensive inspection approach not only enhances the efficiency of fault localization but also provides reliable technical support for industrial settings.
